Occupational Health and Safety Policy


PURPOSE

Align the guidelines of the procedures adopted by the Company in order to guarantee the commitment to maintain and continually improve its performance in terms of safety and health of the company's employees, as well as preserving the physical and mental integrity of employees of third-party companies and /or customers at the premises of INTELCAV TECNOLOGIAS E CARTÕES S/A, through the definition of responsibilities, procedures and an integrated agenda seeking the adequate identification, evaluation and control of occupational risks generated in each process and activity carried out by employees, with the aim of eliminating and/or reduce accidents, illnesses and impacts on the environment.


TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Procedure Third parties – Outsourced workers, as well as workers from customers and suppliers performing activities on the company's premises.

SESMT – Area of the company responsible for Specialized Services in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine.


RESPONSIBILITIES

This policy is applicable to all areas, and is the responsibility of both units of INTELCAV TECNOLOGIAS E ARTÕES S/A.

It is the responsibility of Management/Senior Management, area managers and Occupational Safety, together with SESMT, to meet and respect the definitions listed in this policy.

It is the responsibility of Management/Senior Management to commit to allocating resources for the budget necessary for the development of activities relevant to the occupational health and safety management system.


Premissas

General rules

It is based on the premise that managers at INTELCAV TECNOLOGIAS E CARTÕES S/A., and SESMT professionals must act in a preventive manner, leading actions and programs that generate attitudes and motivations for excellence in safety, health and the environment.< /p>

All professionals will undertake that, upon becoming aware of an unsafe act and/or condition, they must always notify Occupational Safety so that they can eliminate and/or mitigate the risk.

Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines

IntelCav, through senior management, is committed to continuous improvement of the safety, health and environmental management system, in order to provide a safe and healthy working environment, to avoid damage to the physical and psychological integrity of its employees and third parties, its assets and the environment. In order to achieve this objective, the company operates in integrated technology services, committing to:

Maintain continuous alignment of concepts, guidelines and legal regulations relevant to the area of occupational health and safety;

Adopt measures that guarantee all company employees carry out their activities in a safe place;

Ensure that the policy is disclosed to all employees, service providers and interested parties;

Ensure communication of this policy to your employees.

Carry out health promotion, acting preventively in the anticipation, recognition, investigation, analysis and evaluation of environments and activities carried out, seeking to eliminate, mitigate, control and monitor possible risks which may be present in some activities, which may result in accidents, occupational diseases and impact on the environment;

Invest in employee training, seeking the continuous improvement of health and safety processes and the means of production;

Ensure that all workers receive training before taking up their jobs, both in relation to the activity itself and the possible risks arising from it;

Ensure that all workers, both own and outsourced, receive adequate training to carry out their activity, as well as in cases where there is a legal need for professional qualification to carry out the activity, this is fulfilled;

Select suppliers based on their ability to provide services in accordance with our policies and procedures.
