The Privacy Policy was created to demonstrate our commitment to Information Security and Privacy
Confidential information collected from users of interactive services available here.
Definition of responsibilities is included throughout this Organizational Guideline with regard to the users and areas mentioned.
GENERAL RULES
Use of Cookies
IntelCav does not use cookies to store personal information or provide information to third parties.
Employees and Customers
This Guideline establishes responsibility for the Data we collect and process only through your
authorization.
In this case, we have controls in our process that aim to protect your confidential data through encryption,
pseudoanonymization and segregation.
We remain committed to ensuring the security and privacy of the Confidential Information our Customers receive
make us available to provide the service established in Contracts.
Data collection and use
We only collect information through ethical, legal means and established in Contracts with Customers, in addition to
inform its users in advance of the reasons and periods for collecting them. For a better understanding,
we mention following the information we collect:
1. Sensitive Data that identifies a person may be a full name, an IP address, a telephone number,
a username or physical address;
2. Information that defines facts about you, but without identifying you as a natural person, and may be records
impersonal information from online activity or information you provide to us, such as geographic region or your company name
when there is no correlation with your name.
We only use such information to carry out internal analyzes in accordance with Contracts and Policies
Internal use of Information.
The data is only retained at IntelCav for the period necessary to meet your needs and deadlines established in
Contract. Unless we receive legal or court order, IntelCav will never transfer your information to third parties or
will use for purposes other than those for which it was collected, will not share data received from
your Customers to any third party, except:
• In case of court order;
• Plausible request by the controller;
• Investigation by public bodies;
• Fraud investigation.
If any of these exceptions occur, the customer will be notified within 24 hours by the Customer Service department.
IntelCav guarantees Cybersecurity in its structure and together with contracted service providers, protecting with
based on security pillars (confidentiality, integrity and availability). To carry out all the controls, we have
of risk mitigation tools, monitoring and treatment of access management, vulnerabilities, leaks
information, business continuity and risk with suppliers. These processes undergo continuous evaluation with
base on new industry resolutions and guidelines to stay in compliance.
